WinPKR 12 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable grounds to believe these Terms and Conditions have been violated, where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or where required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons. In cases of genuine account closure where no violations have occurred, any remaining balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file.
WinPKR 12 accepts the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT transfers from any major Pakistani bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The identification of such errors is at the sole discretion of WinPKR 12.
For cricket betting on WinPKR 12, if a match is abandoned without a result, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned unless the market has been settled based on a completed portion of the match. In-play markets that were settled prior to abandonment stand. Matches where the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method are settled on the official adjusted target. The following actions are strictly prohibited on WinPKR 12 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances at WinPKR 12's sole discretion:
